Peach Melba
Ingredients
1 cup peach
½ cup fresh cream
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp sugar
Ice cubes as required
Method
In a juicer machine, blend together 1 cup peach, ½ cup fresh cream, 1 tbsp honey and 2 tbsp sugar. When ingredients are well combined, add ice cubes and blend enough till ice cubes are crushed. Peach Melba is ready to serve.
