Chocolate Mint Ice-Cream
Ingredients
Evaporated milk chilled ½ tin
Condensed milk ½ tin
Eggs white 2
Mint essence 1 tsp
Fresh cream whipped 1 ½ cup
Icing sugar 1 ounce
Chocolate cookies coarsely chopped ½ cup
Green color few drops
Method
Crush ½ cup cookies coarsely, chill until require to use. Beat ½ tin chilled evaporated milk till thick and fluffy, add in ½ tin condensed milk, beat 2egg white with 1 ounce icing sugar until stiff, add in 1 tsp mint essence, now fold this to the whipped milk mixture, also fold in the 1 ½ cup whipped cream and few drops of green color, pour mixture into an air tight container, freeze till nearly set, remove and fold in the crushed cookies, again freeze till firm.
