Two in One Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
200 grams plain flour
300 grams sugar
250 grams butter
50 grams cocoa powder
8 eggs
½ cup warm water
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp baking powder
Method
In a bowl, add 250 grams butter and 300 grams sugar and beat well until mixture is smooth. When it reaches desired consistency, add 8 eggs, 200 grams plain flour and 1 tsp vanilla essence and mix. Dissolve 50 grams cocoa powder in ½ cup warm water. Divide the prepared mixture in two halves and add cocoa powder to one of the halves. In a baking tray, pour plain mixture and then the cocoa mixture. Bake in a pre heated oven at 250 c for 25 minutes. Two in One Chocolate Cake is ready to serve.
