Beef Roll

Ingredients
½ kg beef
½ cup oil and clarified butter
½ tsp cinnamon powder
½ tsp black pepper powder
2 eggs
Salt to taste
Red chili powder to taste
250 grams potatoes
A packet of bread crumbs
2 tbsp tomato syrup

Method
Press the beef with a fork thoroughly. Add 2 tbsp clarified butter, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp cinnamon powder and red chili powder to taste. Boil 250 grams potatoes and mash with salt and black pepper. Spread mashed potatoes on the beef and roll it over. Cut into thick portions of ½ inch. Dip into the batter of eggs and bread
