Miniature Kebab
Ingredients
½ kg boneless chicken
½ cup yogurt
1 tbsp papaya paste
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp red chili powder
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
4 tbsp vinegar
6 toothpicks

Method
Slice ½ kg boneless chicken into cubes and include 2 tsp cumin seeds, 2 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp papaya paste, 4 tbsp vinegar, ½ cup yogurt and 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and marinate chicken for half an hour. Insert tooth picks in chicken cubes and grill them on a grilling pan. When they are properly grilled from all sides, take them out in a platter. Miniature Kebabs are ready to serve.
