Coffee Crunch Ice cream
Ingredients
1 cup cream
1 tin condense milk
½ liter milk
1 cup sugar
½ cup chocolate sauce
50 grams chocolate chips
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp gelatin powder
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp finely sliced almonds
2 tbsp coffee
For garnishing
½ cup icing sugar

Method
In a pan, cook ½ liter milk. When it reached to boiling point, add 1 cup sugar in it. Also add 2 tbsp corn flour after dissolving it in water. Add 2 tbsp gelatin powder after dissolving it in slightly heated water. Include 1 tbsp cocoa powder and 2 tbsp coffee in it and beat it with beater. Pour it out in an air tight box and freeze it
